Add-ons allow you to extend your current subscription with additional features or higher account limits. This section explains how to purchase, manage, and disable available add-ons.
💡 For information about add-on types and how they can extend your account, see the Pricing Structure guide.
To enable an add-on:

For amount-based add-ons, select or enter the required amount.

The add-on is activated immediately after purchase. The initial charge is calculated proportionally based on the remaining days in your current billing period.
You can also purchase some add-ons when trying to use a feature that is not included in your current plan. Such features are marked accordingly in the account interface.
Select Buy as Add-On to purchase the feature separately instead of upgrading your entire subscription.

💡 Add-on payments renew automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
Some add-ons are amount-based, meaning you can purchase additional capacity based on your requirements.
Depending on the available add-on, you can select a predefined package or specify the amount you need. For example, amount-based add-ons may provide additional capacity for account elements, domains, users, custom columns, or other available resources.
To increase an existing limit:

Before reducing an amount-based add-on, make sure that the resources covered by that add-on are no longer in use. For example, before reducing the number of additional user roles, you may need to remove the corresponding users or roles first.
To reduce an existing limit:

You can disable an add-on directly from the Subscription section when you no longer need it.
The process depends on the type of add-on:
Before disabling or reducing an amount-based add-on, make sure that the corresponding items are not being used. Depending on the add-on, this may include campaigns, domains, users, custom columns, conversions, or other account resources.
To disable an amount-based add-on:

To disable a fixed add-on:

❗️ All the settings related to the disabled option will stop working.
When an add-on is disabled, the unused portion of its payment is returned to your account balance on a prorated basis. The balance can then be used for future payments.
When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, your existing add-ons may be affected differently depending on their type. Before changing your plan, check whether the features or limits provided by your add-ons are already included in the new plan.
Amount-based add-ons remain active when you upgrade or downgrade your subscription. They are not automatically cancelled when you change your plan.
For example, if you purchase an additional limit for domains, users, or campaigns, the add-on will remain active after the plan change unless you disable or modify it manually.
If the new plan includes a higher limit for the same resource, review your active add-ons to make sure you still need the additional capacity.
If you upgrade to a plan that already includes a fixed add-on you previously purchased separately, the add-on is automatically cancelled to prevent duplicate charges. The remaining prorated amount is returned to your account balance.
Some add-ons that require manual activation or have plan-specific restrictions may not be available for direct activation in the Subscription section.
If the add-on you need is not available for purchase in your account, contact the BeMob team through the live chat for assistance.
BeMob does not offer a trial period. When you create an account, you start with the Free plan, which allows you to explore the platform and test its functionality before upgrading to a paid plan.
You can request a plan change from the Subscription section of your account. The time when the change takes effect depends on whether you are upgrading or downgrading your subscription.
The timing depends on the type of plan change.
Upgrade: The new plan takes effect immediately after the upgrade is completed.
Downgrade: The downgrade does not take effect immediately. Your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and the new plan takes effect at the beginning of the next billing period.
You can check the Next Plan field in the Subscription section to see which plan is scheduled to become active.
Yes. You can cancel your paid subscription directly from the Subscription section of your BeMob account. After cancellation, the subscription will not be renewed for the next billing period, so no further automatic payments will be collected. Your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
If your plan change has been scheduled but has not taken effect yet, contact the BeMob team via live chat to check whether the change can be cancelled or modified.
Before downgrading, make sure your account meets the limits of the new plan. This may include limits for campaigns, domains, users, traffic sources, and other account limits.
If your account exceeds the limits of the selected plan, you may need to reduce the number of active items before the downgrade takes effect.
For paid plans, overage is calculated and charged at the end of the current billing period. The overage amount is charged automatically using the payment method saved in your BeMob account.
There is no option to set a spending limit for overage. Once your account exceeds the included event quota, additional events continue to be tracked and counted as overage throughout the billing period. You cannot set a maximum overage amount or automatically stop tracking after a specific overage cost is reached.
If the automatic payment fails, the overage amount remains unpaid and the account may be restricted until the outstanding payment is completed. If the payment issue persists, contact the BeMob support team via the live chat.
